SECTION 20 - Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive broken or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please follow the steps below:

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  1. The item must have arrived broken or damaged.

  2. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  3. The item must be in its original packaging and include all original accessories.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team at instagram with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  3. If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are not broken or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items reported beyond the 3 days return window.

  • Products that have been used or modified after delivery.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
