We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive broken or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please follow the steps below:

The item must be in its original packaging and include all original accessories.
How to Request a Return or Refund

If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Items that are not broken or damaged upon arrival.

Items reported beyond the 3 days return window.

Products that have been used or modified after delivery.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
